Mama's Java Café is owned by BuildABLE Academy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect on mamasjavacafe.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our Catering and Contact forms:

• Your name, email and phone number
• Your message, and for catering, your event date, guest count and pickup or delivery choice

How we use it

We use it only to answer you and plan your order. Your message is emailed to the café's inbox. We don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Chat helper

If you use the "Ask us" chat, your questions are sent to an AI service only to write an answer. We don't save your chat, and it clears when you close the page. Please don't share private details in the chat.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep basic technical logs (like your browser type) to keep the site running and safe.

How we protect your info

The site uses a secure https connection. Form messages are sent through a trusted email service, and only our team can read them.

Other websites

Links to the App Store, Google Play, BuildABLE Beans, MJ Roasting, Facebook, Instagram and X take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent us. Email support@buildableacademy.com or use our Contact page.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
